For over thirty years, Steve Davies has dedicated his life to serving, educating and helping customers in various service-oriented businesses within the security and fire alarm industries.

Steve has held many positions and donned many hats: Service technician, team leader, project manager, customer service representative, sales manager, advertising copy writer and now business leader.

Having moved to the United States from Wales at an early age, Steve understands what true freedom is all about and doesn’t take for granted the possibilities it has to offer.

Many of his personal mentors come from the “old school” philosophy of business, including (but not limited to) Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Carnegie, Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Henry Ford and many more.

One common principle Steve holds close to his heart is in providing the highest quality service while maintaining competitive pricing.

Something you’ll find out (that is very unusual about our business) is that I personally oversee every project and many times I will be on location during the installation process.

Unlike other companies in our industry, I don’t sit behind a desk or hold meetings in the board room, I actually go out and work in the field and interact with my employees and customers.

I have found by doing this, I not only set standards, but it lets my employees and customers know that I truly care about them and I make it my personal mission to insure 100% satisfaction and high quality in every project we undertake.

When my secretary is out or unavailable, rather than forward the telephones to an answering service, often times I’ll be the one answering your call on my cell phone.

I’ve always enjoyed one-on-one contact with people, so I guess this is why I do it. It brings me great joy in knowing that my clients are 100% satisfied with our services and that they can count on us to accommodate their needs in a timely manner.
